LINE COOK - FULL TIME (The Pheasant)

The Pheasant is looking to hire a full time line cook who enjoys working in high volume, fast paced kitchen and has a desire to be part of a dynamic team. The right candidate is interested and passionate in working with locally sourced ingredients from farmers and fishermen across Cape Cod and New England with whom we have direct relationships. The ideal candidate is also interested in gaining experience working under an incredibly talented executive chef who is eager to teach and help individuals develop toward their professional goals in the kitchen. There are many opportunities for growth and promotion within the restaurant.

Experience cooking in high volume settings preferred but we are happy to train someone with a great attitude and work ethic. We are looking for someone who will be available full time/5 - 6 nights a week, including weekends at least through the high season (through Columbus Day.) Year round position available. Candidates must be organized, detail oriented, and thrive on a fast pace.

Competitive wage, opportunity for overtime pay and year round position available.

The Pheasant is a New American farm-to-table restaurant set in an iconic 250 year old farmhouse in historic Dennis Village nestled between Scargo Lake and Cape Cod Bay. The restaurant features a seasonally driven, locally sourced and creative menu and one of the most progressive wine and beverage programs on Cape Cod.
