Work full time, day hours on the beautiful island of Nantucket with high earnings.
167 Raw Fish Market is seeking a fish butcher from May - October 2025.
Must have experience breaking down whole fish.
Whole fish includes: Swordfish, Halibut, Salmon, and Tuna.
This position would also work in our prep kitchen or food tuck.
Work 6 days a week
Hourly wage with overtime and tips, expect $1,600 - $1,750 (pre tax).
Weekly pay.
Must have a positive attitude and can provide employee referrals.

Requirements
- 1 year, minimum of fish butcher experience
- Full availability and flexible schedule
- Able to stand for long periods of time
