Kitchen Manager. Job includes all of the normal tasks of managing a busy restaurant kitchen, including
Working the line with the cooks, overseeing plate presentation, controlling food cost, writing schedules, ordering food and other supplies and helping control labor cost among other things related to managing a kitchen.
Must have experience in managing busy restaurant kitchens, have current ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Certificates.
