Cape Cod Regional Technical High School is looking for a 27.5 hour per week Food Service Worker.
This Position will work 7:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday thru Friday, school year only.
Summary of Position:
Performs a variety of kitchen duties as assigned in the preparation and serving of school meals.
Work Functions:
Prepares and assists in preparing various foods by departmental work production standards.
Sets up serving lines and serves meals or meal components.
Cashiers accept money for food and beverage served using the Point of Sales system.
Cleans and sanitizes in accordance with approved housekeeping and safety practices of the following: pots and pans/utensils, counters and prep tables, dish room and restroom facilities, tables and chairs in lunchroom and floors.
Operates, cleans, and sanitizes all kitchen equipment.
Follows approved housekeeping and safety practices to maintain safe conditions in the kitchen, food serving areas, and dining area.
Stores food and supplies by instructions.
Performs other related duties assigned by the manager.
