Looking for a creative, experienced person with a great work ethic to help run a high volume successful year round kitchen with a great team.

Duties include but not limited to; ordering, inventory, hiring, menu design and specials, scheduling, controlling food cost, cleaning and maintaining kitchen.

Candidate must have GREAT leadership skills and must be organized and to work with the Chef and General Manager.
