Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others, particularly seniors, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in their care. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, diligence, and empathy.

Duties:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
Medication reminders.
Clean and maintain a safe and hygienic environment in the client's home.
Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the Care Manager.
Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or social activities.
Document care provided and maintain accurate client records.

Requirements:
2 years of experience in caregiving, home health, or senior care commensurate training/certification.
Strong people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and co-workers.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
Maintaining client dignity and privacy.
Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others lead fulfilling lives.
Fluent in English.
Ability to pass CORI (criminal background) and drug screen.
