Non-smoker, No Pets, Single Occupancy The apartment is above my garage and attached to my house. It is a studio apartment. It has a large living area with a full kitchen, and bath. It has its own entrance and also a door from my house. I live in a Great neighborhood, and rural area so parking is not a problem.
I'm is a Quadriplegic and requires 1/2 hour of help per/night, getting into bed. Time will be around 10pm to 10:30pm.
I have done this several times over the years with great success.
I will meet and interview anyone interested to make sure it's a good match for both parties.
There is also access to a tennis court and pool with the studio.
