At Cape Senior Home HealthCare, we care like family. We are a staffing agency as well as a Home Health Care agency. We are hiring for an RN/LPN/CNA/HHA IMMEDIATELY with facility experience for Barnstable, Mashpee, Sandwich, Bourne, and Falmouth on weekdays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
RN/LPN responsibilities
Assess, implement, and evaluate resident's care needs
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in resident’s conditions
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and evaluate residents’ plans of care
Educate residents and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Provide emotional support to residents and their families
Maintain up-to-date resident medical records
Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
CNA/HHA responsibilities
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers and ambulation, medication reminders, ADLs, light housekeeping, grocery shopping and running errands, laundry, and companionship.
