Two full time positions immediately available for persons who have a PASSION for flowers, plants, trees. We are a small established garden and landscape company located in Osterville servicing high end homes, where the emphasis is on quality, professionalism, and a job well done. You must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check. You must also have experience, which we are willing to pay for.
We are currently looking to fill a supervisor position and a staff position.
Both positions are oriented primarily toward annual and perennial flower maintenance and installation so it will be helpful if you have 3 or more years experience with annuals/perennials.
Requirements include:
Basic knowledge of annual flowers and their identification and growth habits or MCLP certificate a plus.
Flower installation/greenhouse cultivation/ flower maintenance of containers and beds also a useful skill set.
An ability to be action oriented and to take initiative; to spot issues before they become big problems.
Good people skills and the ability to communicate comfortably with customers and coworkers.
Must be organized and punctual
