Michael P. Neath Landscape Construction, Inc. is an established company (35 yrs.), dedicated to High Quality and Excellent Customer Service. We are seeking a motivated, efficient, productive Fine Gardening Crew Leader to lead a 2-3 person crew. Our niche is high end residential gardens. Our Fine Gardening division provides compete flower program services including design, installation and maintenance for commercial and select residential properties. In addition, this division attends to the fine detail work as required for various projects.
Fine Gardening Crew Leader is responsible for:
- The direct supervision of the job sites, the labor, equipment, materials and safety on all projects.
- Serve as a working crew member
- Provide ongoing support and on the job training for crew members about proper procedures
- Supervise the inventory of material, documenting use of material
- Communication with office when supplies are needed
- Positive attitude a must! Applicant must possess a strong attention to detail, should have experience working in gardens and possess extensive knowledge of perennial and annual flowers.
-Possess the ability to diagnose and treat for plant disease, ability to diagnose and treat for insects However we can train the right individual.
- Candidate should have strong leadership skills, good interpersonal skills and great organizational skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills and must be able to establish rapport with customers and must be committed to producing quality work.
Full time M-F. No Saturdays.
