Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and hoisting equipment safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment
Assist with on-site material organization and inventory
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Support site supervisors and project teams as needed
Qualifications:
Valid Hoisting License (required)
Proven experience operating forklifts in a construction or warehouse setting
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor construction environments
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and attention to detail
