Holiday Inn Hyannis is seeking qualified individuals to join the maintenance team at our full service property. We are searching for candidates who will bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a positive attitude to the positions. Must be able to work independently and enjoy working with the public. Dependability is a must.
Qualifications:
Certified Pool Operator experience preferred
Proven experience as assistant director or other similar position
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining the hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. Perform routine and general maintenance on all guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.
A minimum of one year building maintenance experience in a hotel preferred. This position requires excellent attention to detail.
Nights and Weekends a must
