Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the crew, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting etc.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and maintenance practices.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
