Garran-Teed Property Services specializes in landscaping and hardscape installation and maintenance, light duty construction projects, painting, driveway installation and maintenance and home watch services.
- License required: Ability to drive a heavy duty work truck with trailers
- Ability to safely operate power tools and landscape machinery such as mowers, trimmers, chain saws and other landscaping machinery
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage laborers / a team
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs plus
- Attention to detail, reliability, machine and tool skills and safety are the most important parts of this position
- Pay scale dependent on experience.
-Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and ability to operate a truck and trailer. Will train the right candidate.
Flexible schedule and great opportunity for someone looking to work full time or part time. Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
