LANDSCAPE FOREMAN AND LANDSCAPE LABORER:
King Landscape Service, Inc has been servicing Cape Cod and Southeastern MA for 27 years. This family-owned company currently seeks skilled full-time laborers to join our landscape maintenance and construction teams and to start immediately. Both foreman and laborer positions are available. Individuals applying for either position must have a high level of self-motivation, be detail-oriented, and take pride in his/her work. Our company desires individuals who possess horticultural or strong plant knowledge background if possible.
Pay starts at $15 to 25 per hour depending on experience. Two years of experience for Foreman position are required, with more years of experience being preferred. One year of experience is preferred for a laborer position and the company is willing to train if a candidate possesses a strong willingness to learn. Benefits are available for candidates including Medical, Dental & Vision, 401(k), Weekly Pay, Overtime Pay, and Hands-on Training.
FOREMAN:
Will be responsible for leading three to four maintenance crew members in all aspects of landscape maintenance or construction.
This individual will be responsible for managing a crew to achieve all deadlines, safety standards, and company policies that King Landscape Service, Inc seeks to provide.
DUTIES FOR BOTH POSITIONS:
Will include weekly lawn mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, installation of lawns, mulch and maintain outdoor living spaces, etc.
Must be able to operate commercial mowers, trimmers, backpack blowers & power tools.
A valid drivers license is REQUIRED.
Hoisting License or Pesticide Applicator License/Certification are both preferred.
Must be timely, polite, and efficient in response to both clientâs and managementâs needs.
Responsible for the safety, care, and proper utilization of all company assets.
For both job openings, the ability to perform the essential physical functions is required if an applicant seeks to apply. These include:
Stand and walk throughout a minimum 8-hour shift.
Lift and move heavy items, up to 80 pounds.
Regularly bend, lift, stretch, twist and reach below the waist and above the head.
Climb in and out of trucks, equipment, and trailers numerous times per day.
Work in all weather conditions and seasons.
