Position Overview:
We are hiring for multiple positions, including Lawn Care Technicians, Flea & Tick Technicians, and Tree & Shrub Technicians. In these roles, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-tier care and maintenance for our clients’ outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain vibrant, pest-free, and thriving.
Responsibilities:
Lawn Care Technician:
Apply fertilization and weed control treatments.
Assess lawn health and offer expert recommendations for improvement.
Safely operate equipment like spreaders and sprayers.
Flea & Tick Technician:
Inspect and treat properties for flea and tick infestations.
Provide clients with recommendations for pest prevention.
Accurately document treatments and ensure follow-up services.
Tree & Shrub Technician:
Provide fertilization, and pest management for trees and shrubs.
Diagnose health issues and prescribe treatments as needed.
Ensure safe and effective use of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation(required).
Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or arboriculture is a plus, but we offer training!
MA State Pesticide License or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
