DILLINGHAM PLACE IN FALMOUTH IS LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME
Maintenance person
Monday through Friday and on call as needed
Great for retirees or someone looking for Part- time work
What will you be responsible for at Dillingham place? This Duties are to include the following but not limited to.
Daily trash and recycling
Identify and repair basic electrical/ plumbing/ mechanical issues in the building and at the residents’ homes.
Basic computer skills Microsoft office (mostly word and excel).
Interface with vendors for resident repairs and yearly building inspections and repair schedules.
Purchase and keep inventory for items required for yearly and unexpected maintenance repairs.
Communicate with residents for required repairs in their units
What will Dillingham Place expect of you?
Be flexible. Hours may be required for fill-in for staff if needed and be available on-call for emergencies with issues pertaining to the building.
Baisc CPR required every 2 years
You must be versatile, adaptable and have organizational skills. You must have a positive attitude and be able to communicate in a professional manner with other staff and the residents.
