Like to work outdoors? Like to be close to nature? We are looking for a full-time, year-round employee to help with all aspects of our oyster business: growing, harvesting, packing and shipping/delivering oysters. This position provides an opportunity to grow for the right individual.
The position is in Plymouth. This is a physically demanding position.
We're looking for an efficient individual with an upbeat, positive attitude and the following skills/characteristics:
Listens well and follows directions.
Driver's license
Familiarity with small-boat handling or interest to learn
Ability to lift 75 lbs. throughout the workday and to bend down, stand and kneel for long periods of time
Comfort working in the water/outdoors in all seasons and getting dirty
Flexibility of schedule, which will include long days, early starts, late days and weekends
Compensation will be based on experience.
