Barnstable oyster farm is looking for a full-time oyster farmer to start right away. Candidates should be extremely reliable as the hours revolve around low tide, and will vary day to day. A flexible schedule is a must. Reliable transportation is a must. This is a tough job as we work in all weather conditions on the water. We are looking for dedicated individuals who love the oyster and shellfish industries, and enjoy working outside on the water.
$22 per hour to start. Paid Vacation and Sick Time. 50% paid health care after 3 months. Dental and vision insurance is available as well. Retirement plan available with company match.
