Positive attitude, ability to communicate with customers/team members.
Ability to run a jobsite and follow a scope of work
This is a lead position, working in the field with a helper.
Cleaning residential and commercial jobsites
Post construction, mold, fire/smoke, general house cleaning, hoarding and bio
This is not a rental turnover cleaning job, much more involved.
Applicant should have prior industry experience or a cleaning background
We want someone who enjoys cleaning and has an eye for detail
Full time year round position- not a summer job
