Well established solar company located in Mid Cape area in need of additional employees to add to our team.
Laborer (work in the filed daily with the crew installing solar systems on roofs, ground, climbing ladders)
Solar Panel Installer (Most solar installers are jack of all trades type of people, having constructions/carpentry experience is helpful but not required.) Most of the work is up on roofs, working off of ladders and working off staging.
Minor electrical work plugging in solar panels and installing conduit.
Project Manager (hands on position, not strapped to a desk all week) Assist with permitting, ensuring crews have materials, confirming layout of systems in the field at the start of each job. Scheduling and meeting with inspectors. Assist field crews as needed

Laborer / Solar Installer-Technician:
Be comfortable working on ladders, staging and on roofs.
Arrive on time and work well with other employees and sub-contractors.
Be mechanically inclined to use hand tools and power tools.
Project Manager:
Work with solar installation crews to ensure they are well stocked with materials for each project,
Oversee solar installation projects and safety procedures
Measure Roofs and prepare project layout plans
Meet customers pre-install and post installation
Work with vendors to place orders
Meet with inspectors as needed
Pay is based on experience (construction / roofing experience is a plus)
All candidates should have a valid MA driver license and reliable transportation

We work all over the Cape and travel off Cape as needed.
