As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take the lead in developing and executing innovative social media, marketing, and outreach strategies across our family of brands—including Cape Destinations, the Funk Bus, and All Cape Truck. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team to bring campaigns to life on the ground and report directly to our Chief Operating Officer, giving you both autonomy and strong leadership support.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, original content
Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple brands
Coordinate outreach events, promotions, and community engagement efforts
Partner with the sales team to align marketing strategies with customer needs
Track campaign performance and share insights to continually improve results
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling
Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and juggle multiple priorities
Prior marketing experience preferred (but we’ll consider the right motivated candidate!)
