InnSeason Resorts is seeking Appointment Setters at our InnSeason Resorts Hyannis office! We’re currently looking to hire 2 evening part-time (15-25 hours/week) people to add to our team. Appointment Setters earn $15/hour plus bonuses on every booking.
Ideally candidates should have telemarketing or call center experience, but we’re willing to train the right person. This makes a great secondary or primary job.
Contact Owners for promotional updates at resort sales centers and Road Show. Assist in the presentation and distribution of marketing materials to be used in the marketing efforts for all InnSeason Resort properties and any affiliates. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about products and services.
Qualifications: Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Proficient in using software applications for data entry and customer relationship management
