In need of an assistant who can perform all tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
Candidates need to be able to be professional answering phones, scheduling patients as well as corresponding with other medical, legal and insurance professionals.
Office skills like scanning, emailing, printing, faxing filing and correspondence with doctors, lawyers, hospitals, patients and other professionals.
Data entry and retrieval in/out of different medical software programs for scheduling patients, medical records, billing and correspondence.
Health Insurance eligibility and benefit checking via logging in to different insurance website navigation.
$18-$20/hr.
Monday Wednesday and Friday
Up to 24 Hours per week.
