Property Management [Office Administrator]
Full Time, Year-Round with Benefits
M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm
Assist in the property management of a wide variety of clients throughout the towns of Truro and Provincetown, MA. We are searching for a highly organized, driven, problem-solving, forward-thinking and detailed individual willing to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. We prefer someone who is able to maintain a high level of customer service and build long-term relationships with clients, vendors & fellow-employees.
Responsibilities Include:
Primary receiver & handler of general phone calls & emails
Direct communication with maintenance field staff
Building Long-Term Relationships with clients & vendors
Coordination of jobs with maintenance staff, clients & vendors
Writing contracts for provided services
Coordination and scheduling of field staff
Preparation of Annual Condo Meetings
Receiving & Following through with client requests
Troubleshooting any and all issues with clients, vendors & field staff
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Must learn all mandatory software programs
Minimum of 2 years of Property Management experience
College degree preferred
