Seeking a computer savvy individual to work in our busy real estate development office. This position requires the ability to multi-task and work in a sometimes fast-paced environment, performing random tasks as requested.
Answer phones.
Ensure we have all vendor insurances and indemnification prior to work performance and maintain all vendor files.
Ensure we have annual HVAC maintenance contracts for all commercial tenants and maintain files to track when contracts expire to obtain renewals.
Instruct tenants how to initiate a work order or rental payment in AppFolio
Ensure elevator certificates are current for all properties. Schedule inspections as needed and track all elevator maintenance and certificates to remain current.
Ensure fire extinguisher tags are current for all properties. Schedule inspections as needed and track all to remain current.
Create invoices at management’s request.
Order construction dumpsters, or empty and returns, when requested
Shop for various types of equipment or products when requested
Take and place Wednesday’s lunch order for office staff
