Looking for an experienced part time property manager to manage commercial property. Must be flexible and willing to respond promptly to tenant issues. Occasionally you may receive calls afters hours or on weekends but generally work would be during offices hours. Roughly 8 hrs a week. Ideally the candidate would be "handy" and able to fix small issues.
