NAPA Auto Parts - Cape Cod is looking for automotive talent. Our Auto Parts Counter Salespeople are the backbone of our business, delivering excellent customer service and knowledge to our long-standing customers.
Responsibilities include:
Assist customers with their auto part questions and needs, either in person or via the telephone
Operate electronic cataloging system to retrieve up to date parts information
Effectively communicate features and benefit information to customers
Required Skills:
Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including every other Saturday. Sundays off.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Prior automotive background or knowledge, is a plus but not required
