The Beach Plum Spa in Hyannis, MA is looking for a highly talented and professional Spa Manager to join our team.
Candidates must haves;
a minimum of 3 years spa management experience
a MA 6 License Esthetician.
experience as a manager, good at multi-tasking, recruiting and staffing
The Spa Manager's major responsibilities include but are not limited to payroll, executing marketing plans, retail and service training, working with vendors, providing leadership in all areas of the spa.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Promotes professional and customer service focused environment.
- Trains all spa coordinators and responsible for all front desk operations.
- Clearly communicates all spa policies and procedures to staff
- Sets a positive and friendly work environment.
- Hires and trains all new employees.
- Sets service and retail goals and monitors spa performance against budget.
- Ensure all employees follow company protocols.
- Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction for all spa guests.
