Bedworks Design, Inc. is a specialized gardening company. We are looking to add to our growing team and seeking a gardening professional that has experience in managing a small crew, or the skills and passion to be trained to become a leader over time.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing, excellent organizational skills, ability to be "hands on" doing the work while also leading the team, strong fine gardening knowledge, eager to teach, effective at time management, strong communicator and a team player. Our main office is in North Chatham and we operate in Chatham, Orleans, Harwich and Brewster areas. Clean driving record is a must.
Our clientele is sophisticated and demanding. They love us and tell us so everyday. We are looking for people with a strong work ethic that have a passion for plants and gardening. We build beautiful coastal gardens and landscapes and are proud of what we do. Our team is amazing.
