We’re a family-owned, professional tree care company based on Cape Cod (Upper-to-Mid Cape service area), and we’re looking for a skilled Tree Crew Member with aerial lift/bucket truck experience.

- What You’ll Do: -
- Operate bucket truck/aerial lift for pruning, removals, rigging
- Safely position and operate equipment on residential and commercial sites
- Perform daily safety checks and light equipment maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
- Work as part of a team that takes pride in its work
- What We’re Looking For: -
- 2-5 years experience on a tree crew
- Confident operating aerial lift/bucket truck
- Comfortable working at height and using rigging gear
- Strong work ethic, safety-focused, and drug-free
- Valid MA Driver’s License required (CDL Class B preferred)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs regularly
- Team player with a positive attitude
