Reliable Fence Co of Cape Cod is seeking smart and motivated individuals to install all types of fences throughout Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Southeastern Massachusetts.
Fence Installers are professionals responsible for assembling and installing fences on commercial and residential properties. They measure the property, unload the fencing materials and equipment, dig holes, remove old fences and debris, and make sure the fence is installed properly and safely.
Important Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Responsibilities:
-Communication skills
-Have a positive attitude.
-Have the ability to think quickly and problem solve.
-Be able to work well in a team environment where situations and demands change daily.
-Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous manual labor required.
-Must have a positive can-do attitude daily.
-Must obtain/maintain OSHA 10
-Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT card
-Must be able to pass a CORI check
-Must be able to listen to and understand the customer’s needs and clearly communicate with the customer and project management team.
-Assist in maintaining a crew truck and all of the tools and equipment associated with that truck.
-Must anticipate customer needs and job complications and be proactive to prevent or reduce any adverse effects.
-Must be able to install all types of fences offered by RFC of Cape Cod.
-Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and a level.
-Shall dress appropriately with RFC of Cape Cod uniform or T Shirt.
-Is responsible for arriving to work on time, prepared to start immediately.
