We are seeking an experienced finish carpenter to fabricate custom cabinets as well as modifying existing cabinetry in our woodworking shop. The position pays an attractive hourly rate. Experience with cabinet refacing and painting of cabinet doors and drawers is a plus. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for additional growth.
Skills:
· At least 4 years experience with finish carpentry and hand fabricating cabinetry and drawer boxes
· Experience with cabinet refacing
· Experience priming/painting of cabinetry
· Knowledge of building regulations and codes to be adhered to
· Adaptability and ability to change priorities as they dynamically shift
· Ongoing learning and betterment on industry trends and product offering changes
· Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving
· Able to install laminate, end panels, drill for hinges & install them
· Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Attention-to-detail and design
· Takes initiative to stay busy and keep job moving
· Strong integrity and ethics
