The Opportunity:
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the key driver of our day-to-day execution. You’ll oversee managers across landscaping, pool installations, and maintenance, ensuring projects run on time, crews are efficient, and clients are delighted.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage department managers (landscape, construction, pool installs, maintenance).
Run weekly operations meetings, driving accountability, efficiency, and communication.
Develop and implement SOPs for scheduling, material ordering, quality control, and client communication.
Oversee scheduling and ensure crews are properly allocated.
Monitor job profitability, labor hours, and efficiency reports.
Build strong culture through leadership, clear expectations, and accountability.
Support expansion of pool maintenance and pool installation divisions.
Act as the bridge between the Owner’s vision and day-to-day execution.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in construction, landscaping, pools, or service-based trades.
Strong background in operations management, scheduling, and logistics.
Ability to manage managers, not just crews.
Skilled at building systems and processes that create consistency and scalability.
Excellent communicator with strong leadership presence.
Tech-comfortable (LMN, Notion, or similar scheduling/project management tools).
