Seeking seasoned experienced carpenters and home remodel specialists that have well rounded carpentry skills and is available full time Monday through Friday and that is reliable to work those days full time hours. 7am to approx 4pm. Average day is 7am to 330pm but some days may go over. Individual must possess at least 5 to 10 years Frame to Finish Carpentry Skills, ability to read Architectural Drawings and Prints. Understand layout, ability to do roof rafters and stair stringers. Complete framing and knowledge of the Massachusetts Building Codes. A CSL license is a plus. Also ability to install Custom Windows Sliders and Doors, exterior and interior trim, custom deck framing and azek deck installations, wood flooring, drywall and minimal plaster joint compound when needed, interior painting, also sidewall either clapboard or cedar shingling at times. We also Remodel kitchens and baths so knowledge of hanging cabinets and Basic Electrical and Plumbing where required. This is a full time position and we have work from Orleans to Plymouth Ma. Starting wage for experienced individuals range from $35 to $40 per hour. Apprentice/Journeyman Carpenter Positions Available 2 - 4 years experience required. Experience with frame to finish work required $28 - $32 per hour full time. Must be reliable and dependable. Position is a year round position.
