Responsibilities:
Oversee and direct tree crews to perform efficient, high-quality work.
Manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
Work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with managers, crew members and the public
Make independent decisions when appropriate, while recognizing when to seek additional assistance.
Position Requirements:
Experience: Skilled in tree climbing, tree removals and tree pruning.
License: Valid driver`s license with a good driving record (required).
Preferred: Massachusetts Arborist license (not required but a plus).
Must be hard-working, self-motivated and a team player.
