Snow Plow Drivers$28-$30/skid Operator $35-$45 / Snow Helpers $18.00– (Cape Cod)
We are currently hiring winter positions for our snow and ice management operations. We seek experienced (but will train), reliable, and trustworthy equipment operators.
The following positions are currently available throughout the Cape Cod region:
Snow/Salt Truck Operator: (several routes available) - Operation of pick-up truck and plow, with salt spreader. This position is responsible for plowing and traveling between accounts completely servicing all parking lots and walkways.
Equipment Operators - Skid steer. Responsible for specific site. Must be able to run equipment and have experience (references) for pieces described or similar.
Who we're looking for:
PT positions on call as weather permits. Also, PT work available starting in November guaranteed 10-20 per month.
Experience in the industry required.
Work references required.
Must have a valid RI OR MA driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to our shop.
Duties include:
Plowing parking lots (all commercial accounts).
Snow blow and shovel sidewalks.
Apply ice melt to parking lots and walkways.
Spring/Summer landscaping duties
All work available is in Cape Cod , so please respond only if you live close to these areas.
What you receive from us:
Plow Drivers:
Compensation is based on experience, but starts at $28.00 per hour for Call-in for seasonal services (PT positions).
Equipment Operators/Snow Removal:
Compensation is based on experience, but starts at $35-$45 per hour. Pending experience.
Running state of the art equipment that is well maintained, loaders are slightly used or brand new.
PT positions only.
