job title: Tow Operator
We are looking to hire a light duty driver's for flatbed and wrecker. Ideal candidate may reside in or close to Middleboro / Marion / Wareham / Bourne / Pocasset.
Must have a valid MA driver's license, be able to pass background. This is a demanding industry that requires a skill set and common sense. We work in all-weather year-round. Must have good customer relations skills and positive attitude. Paid weekly.
Full-time and Part time available
Work Location: Multiple locations Pocasset, Wareham, Middleboro
Schedule: We are looking for evening and night drivers, drivers will need to work On call at least two over nights a week. will also need to be available for at least one weekend day.
Along with handling motor clubs and being able to pass a background check for them will also need to be able to pass a Cori check for state police along with local police. We work with multiple police handling violations along with accidents and recovery work.
We operate light and med duty tow trucks under cdl along with heavy wreckers that would require a cdl in drivers show interest in heavy towing.
Pay will be based on drivers experience and certifications within the industry. On call portion is paid by commission day/evening shift work is paid by the hour.
After one year driver will have 40Hrs of paid time of to use how they see fit. Company offers Aflac, Dental / Health and vision insurance.
We are adding additional coverage to our police rotation with this we are looking for drivers capable of taking a truck's home that can help with police rotation. If you have prior towing experience with experience or currently work for a towing provider, we would like to talk to you.
Please come into our main shop at 2688 cranberry highway Wareham Monday - Friday 8am-4pm please bring in a copy of driving record, dot health card and license. If coming with experience certification, please bring in credentials or current pay stub if using on job experience.
We are also looking for Light service techs / Battery Techs, multiple shits open , We are in the middle of another possible expansion onto the cape side of the bridge and into the Plymouth and surrounding area.
