Newly adjusted compensation package available – $85,000 - $95,000 - Priority placement opportunityBeacon ABA Services is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the Springfield/Chicopee area who will be responsible for the ongoing supervision of home and school-based intensive services and direct treatment as a Regional Director.The Regional Director will perform intake visits with potential clients, oversee the development of individual goals and objectives as well as the development of written guidelines for behavior interventions, teaching plans and programs.
