QualificationsQualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety and security roles.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Lift 40+ pounds
Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young adults.
Knowledge of crisis management protocols and emergency response procedures.
