JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   Hourly Pay: $27.00Supports timely and accurate audit of non-gaming revenue and related reporting.Anticipates ongoing changes, problems and opportunities in order to maintain effective systems and procedures.Supports all internal business activities relating non-gaming accounting and revenue audits.Ensures activities contained in internal control submissions are in compliance with Massachusetts Gaming Commission regulations.Coordinates and prepares all related records and internal controls.Ensures compliance of all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations.Prepares accurate accounting journal entries to post to the company General Ledger in accordance with department procedures and controlsPerforms non-gaming audits for various revenue centers using disparate source systems and reporting setsPrepares accurate financial data for the company’s Daily Operating ReportCollaborates with outlet management to resolve cashier over/short variances in a timely mannerOrganizes, audits, and stores transactional media backup to ensure compliance with company controlsProvides excellent guest service by telephone or e-mail while resolving transactional inquiriesResearches and resolves guest folio disputes and prepare documentation for chargebacksCompletes month end balance sheet reconciliations including research of variancesFollows all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards. Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures; records and reports.Follows all applicable internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations and property-wide controls.Delivers and maintains a maximum level of service. Contributes to company-wide communication and best practices.Keeps informed of all new developments within the department.Works with safety as a priority and follows department and company safety standards.Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.
