The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing critical projects that support the success of the company's Marketing Strategy and achieving business goals. Strong understanding of marketing principles and communication skills will be critical in enhancing brand presence, expanding customer base, supporting sales teams, and creating high-impact marketing campaigns. Must align with the local selling, sales leadership, and marketing teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do: Work cross-functionally with the Marketing Operations and Data teams to continuously improve the omni-channel experience for our customers and selling organizationEstablish yourself as the first point of communication for local branches and sales team's requests and feedbackManage local marketing events that are aligned with brand guidelines and support the selling organization's objectivesGain a thorough understanding of products and solutions so that strategies can be developed for more-effective marketing campaignsDocument procedures, processes, and workflows, and recommend changes for greater efficiencies withing the marketing organizationAssist with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generationDiscover new marketing and promotional channelsEnhance the branding and customer experience within branches.
