Our people are the heart of our success and there has never been a better time to join us as we lead the way in a new era of working and learning.The Senior Analyst of Peopl e Insight s role is a newly added position focused on mining, understanding, and leveraging all people related data to provide workforce dashboards, narratives, and insights. The focus and impact will span a wide range of people and organizational areas including all human resources functionality (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations). This role will also focus on enabling our organizational leaders to make better data-driven decisions.Building and delivering solutions toward innovation and change.Recommend improvements to our compensation programs in reducing friction

Identify compensation issue patterns and recommend solutions

Developing queries to extract data from multiple sources based on internal customer needs and requests

Use business acumen and data analytics communicating insights and advising leaders though data interpretation to implement solutions and positive business impact decisions

Develop strong partnerships and collaborate across the retail business.Providing requestors and the Compensation team with strategic and tactical reporting and analysis that will allow them to make informed decisions and maintain data integrity

Embracing opportunities to partner cross-functionally within and outside of HR including members in Finance, IT, Strategy, and other key stakeholders across the enterprise

Create understandable narratives for a range of audiences including senior leaders

Passion to find answers to complex questions and staying balanced using effective communication and consultation skills

QualificationsEssential skills and experience:Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience with data analytics

Proficiency developing queries to extract data from multiple sources

Experience developing dashboards/reports with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Project leadership experience
