T Amergis Healthcare Services is partnered with a much respected facility in Greenfield, MA who is currently seeking an LPN to assist them on a contractual basis. Details of the position include:Location: Greenfield, MADuration: 13 weeksFacility Type: Day Hab ProgramSchedule: Sat-Sun. 7a-3p OR 3p-11pSalary: $48/hrResponsibilities:
Administers nursing care to disabled adults
Ability to monitor changes and maintain accurate medical records
Ability to professionally communicate with parents, guardians and residential providers
Participates in interdisciplinary team reviews
Staff training and MAP training
Requirements:
Licensed RN/LPN through the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
Experience with target population preferred
Must be able to pass a CORI, Fingerprint, and driving record check
Able to communicate professionally
Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
