Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Haverhill, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle a range of responsibilities including HR tasks, general bookkeeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. This role is pivotal in maintaining a structured and efficient HR and financial system within our organization.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all HR-related tasks including employee benefits and payroll management. Handle general bookkeeping duties to maintain accurate financial records. Manage payroll on a regular basis, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and timely. Undertake tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Manage and oversee annual budgets, ensuring all financial goals are met. Handle general ledger and journal entries, maintaining accurate financial records. Oversee expense management across the organization, tracking and reconciling all expenses. Manage revenue and expense allocation and reconciliation across several businesses. Conduct cash flow and bank account reconciliation on a regular basis. Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Hiring Processes to effectively perform all tasks. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources managerial role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian and HCM software Ability to manage Benefit Functions effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of Compliance procedures and regulations within HR Proven experience in Employee Relations management Familiarity and proficiency with Hiring Processes Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive information Ability to lead a team and foster a positive working environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
