Employment Type:Part timeShift:Rotating ShiftDescription:Position Purpose:As the Registered (RN) Supervisor at Mary's Meadow, you will oversee the daily nursing activities in our community under the guidance of the Director of Nursing. Your leadership will ensure that all care is in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, as well as community policies, maintaining the highest quality of care for our residents.What You Will Do:
Lead and mentor nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and care standards.
Oversee staff scheduling and workflow, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to regulations.
Address resident and family concerns, fostering positive resolutions and satisfaction.
Monitor care delivery systems, medication administration, and documentation accuracy.
Participate in quality improvement processes, audits, and system checks.
Support the training and development of nursing personnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Nursing Degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred).
Active RN or LPN license in this state.
Current CPR certification.
1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
