Description We are in search of a proficient Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team located in Leominster, Massachusetts. Functioning primarily within the financial services industry, your role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist will involve the use of various accounting software systems and CRM tools. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage cash activity. Ensuring the accuracy of cash handling procedures. Conducting regular cash receipts operations. Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for processing billing functions. Undertaking special projects as required, demonstrating proficiency in Epic Software. Maintaining and managing accounts receivable (AR). Accurately processing customer credit applications. Maintaining precise customer credit records. Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for maintaining and updating financial records. Experience in ADP - Financial Services is required for managing payroll and other financial transactions. Familiarity with CRM is crucial for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of Epic Software is necessary for handling electronic records. Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required for managing and integrating the key business processes. A strong understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary for managing financial transactions. Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial for managing money owed by clients. Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary for issuing invoices and tracking payments. Experience in handling Cash Activity is essential for managing daily cash operations. Skills in Cash Handling are needed for accurately managing cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
