Looking for an Operations Business Systems Analyst. This individual will build strong relationships with members of the Operations team, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business processes and technology stack. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst will lead the ongoing support and continual enhancements to our ERP and Quality & Manufacturing Management System. This individual needs to be a team player who exhibits a genuine passion for building strong business relationships and delivering value.

Must Haves:

• 2-3 years of experience, proven results-oriented work experience supporting Operations' functions; including manufacturing, procurement, engineering, & logistics
• Experience supporting an ERP
• "Hungry" to learn and a drive for efficiency driven how to make tech more efficient and identify/analyze bottle necks
• Experience supporting a Quality & Manufacturing Management System
• Understanding of engineering document change order process
• Familiarity with manufacturing and global logistics processes and documentation
• Experience creating reports and dashboard and experience performing user-acceptance testing

• Developing strong relationships, across the Operations department, to understand their business-critical processes
• Translating Operations' business processes into technology deliverables
• Provide application support and lead enhancements for our ERP and Quality & Manufacturing Management System
• Work with a cross-functional team to maintain critical commercial production master data within our ERP in alignment with Engineering change orders
• Create and update data sets in accordance with scalability and sustainability initiatives
• Provide application training to new employees within Operations
• Identify opportunities to continually improve data collaboration, internally and with external partners, for the Operations department
• Operate with a 'data' mindset ensuring Operations always has access to the right data to drive decisions
• Continually evaluate Operations' technology stack identifying gaps where technology is not aligned to current or future business processes
• Partner with Sr. Director of IT to build yearly technology roadmaps for Operations

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of proven results-oriented work experience supporting Operations' functions; including manufacturing, procurement, engineering, & logistics
• Experience supporting an ERP
• Experience supporting a Quality & Manufacturing Management System
• Understanding of engineering document change order process
• Familiarity with manufacturing and global logistics processes and documentation
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
• Experience creating reports and dashboards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global organization
• Experience performing user-acceptance testing
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to hold yourself accountable
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Independently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must be able to think critically and strategically and work around roadblocks
