Are you adept at developing solutions for complex end-to-end business processes and driving continuous improvement efforts to streamline business processes using SAP OTC (Order to Cash) and FTM (Finance to Management)? This

SAP Business Analyst will lead SAP design, development, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules and subcomponents for our client. This is a direct hire, permanent role based in the Framingham, MA area with a hybrid work model offered. Relocation is available as well as visa sponsorship for well qualified candidates.

What you'll get to do every day:

• Lead SAP design, development, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules and subcomponents.
• Review design specifications and lead the implementation of configuration changes in SAP.
• Define business and systems strategy, develop system requirements, and conduct system prototyping.
• Perform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processes.
• Resolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP best practices.
• Create and update project charter and scope documents.

Requirements

- Comfortable with Agile methodology

- Willing to take ownership, proactive, flexible, adaptable, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate to all levels in an organization

- 4+ years of business analysis experience

- Demonstrated ability to elicit and document requirements in a clear and concise manner

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience

- Ability to write basic to moderately complex SQL queries, as well as technical skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Jira (or similar tool)

- Experience on a variety of projects, both simple and complex
