The SAP OTC/FTM Business Analyst in Natick, MA will develop solutions for complex end-to-end business processes and drive continuous improvement effort to streamline business processes.
Responsibilities include:
Lead SAP design, development, implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP FI modules and subcomponents.
Be knowledgeable in areas such as RAR, and integrations with deliveries, shipments, and services.
Review design specifications and lead the implementation of configuration changes in SAP.
Define business and systems strategy, develop system requirements, and conduct system prototyping.
Perform testing, provide training, and define support procedures and implementation processes.
Resolve system issues and recommend and implement SAP best practices.
Create and update project charter and scope documents. Partner with stakeholders to identify areas to expand the use of technology to improve operations.
Collaborate with the SAP technical team and other stakeholders to coordinate resource allocation across a large project portfolio.
Provide thought leadership, drive business results, and provide expertise and guidance to monitor and manage the effectiveness of data, technology, and process outcomes.
Work to align strategic goals with SAP technology to achieve desired business outcomes.
Analyze, define, and develop SAP solutions and work collaboratively with project management, functional, and technical teams to ensure projects align with governance and strategic business requirements.
Experience with SAP Contract Management, Pricing, Order (Sales & Purchasing) Management, Tax, Outputs and Reports.
Previous Salesforce experience
Strong multitasking and project and production management experience
4+ years of functional SAP experience in Order to Cash modules (Finance modules a HUGE plus)
Detailed understanding of the SAP component area relevant to the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Procurement (MM) and Finance (FI) integration.
